New fix for old problem.
Basically if u have the good ole 3g rear rattle heres the fix i used. I am not gonna post pics most is self explanatory. Also u can use search to find out how to get ur rear shelf out.
Ok basically all i did was went to walmart in the fabrics area and found like a 12 in by 12 in swatch of felt. It comes in diffrent colors so go crazy there if u like.
Just lay the rear deck down on its top and figure where u wanna put the squares and cut to fit as needed. Take sum good ole 3m spray adhesive and spay the felt and lay it on where needed.
Me personally i put it over all the hard ridges of plastic. I hope this works for all of you as well as it did for me.
Squares were roughly 20 cents a piece. i grabbed a hand full
Spray adhesive one can 3-4 bucks
A little time and Effort to get it done
No Frickin rear rattle Even with heavy bass.....PRICELESS!!
PS: the easiest way to do it is just mold the felt to the contours of your deck.......to easy...
