New battery. Car won't start. Weird noise coming from battery

I have a 2005 Acura tl with around 98k miles on it. Basically the old battery has always had problems and one day it finally gave out on me. I tried to get the car to start and it was cranking for the first couple of attempts and then the battery went completely dead. I had a tow truck driver from AAA try to jump my car and the dash lit up and everything but it wasn't cranking. She said i probably need a new starter. so i tried to be cheap and replace the battery since i had issues with it ever since i bought the car. So i bought a 24f everstart yellow top from Walmart. The problem is that this morning I hooked it up and the car started fine and everything electronic was working. So a while later I go to start the car and all the electronic stuff was still working but there was no cranking and the car wouldn't start. So I'm thinking maybe i need to replace the starter. What is bothering me though is after this a weird loud noise started coming from the battery. It sounded like a vacuum. So I took the keys out of the ignition and the noise continued so I disconnected the positive terminal and it finally stopped. I'm just trying to figure out what the noise was and what I may need to replace to get my car running again

You're going to have to be our ears here.. we cant diagnose where that noise is coming from over the internet! Put the battery back in and identify the noise origin! The only thing vacuum like near the battery would be the intake tube area. Is it cracked maybe? Record and post a video if you'd like

Going to have to wait a bit. About to head to work. Would it make that noise even is the car hadn't actually started and stop when the battery disconnected?

It's all speculation now because we have no idea what that noise is.

Update: problem solved. It was the starter. As soon as i touched the positive cable to the battery it started humming. I guess it was more of a humming noise than a vacuum. So I replaced the starter and everything is running fine now. Btw how would I get my radio code? Not in glovebox and my display hasn't worked since I bought the car. Was thinking about calling the dealership I bought it from or call an Acura dealership. Would any Acura dealership be able to tell me if I gave them the vin number?

I used some website to get the code. You will need radio serial number and Vin.

Try https://radio-navicode.acura.com. You will need to wait day or two to get it. If in hurry go to the dealership.
