A flashing "D" is an indication of a transmission problem or code.

What year is th car? Where did you buy it (Acura dealer, other dealer, priviate purchase)?

Is there any warranty? Is it a clean title or a "salvage" title?

Could be a sensor or switch in the manual/sport shift mode.

Really may need to go to an Acura dealer.

.... The ‘‘D’’ indicator comes on for a
few seconds when you turn the
ignition switch to the ON (II)
position. If it flashes while driving (in
any shift position), it indicates a
possible problem in the transmission
. ....

For the seat memory, check fuse #20. If your windshield washer doesn't work, then it's definitely a blown #20 fuse. There is a TSB for this to replace fuse #20 with a 10A fuse instead of 7.5A.

Both of your problems are discussed in existing threads. The search function works well and will allow you to find the info you're looking for rather than start new threads.
