Need some serious help.

I have a 05 TL At and I replaced the tranny with a 97k tl in May because I had a bat torque converter. Now I have been driving at highway speeds and I see the tacko meter would stay at 2 and would not drop even after I take my foot off the acceleration and sometimes it would even over Rev without even hitting the X and at that moment I would feel a light lost of momentum but if I hit the X it would be very fragile.. Can I please get some help. In addition I have been trying for a while to get my vsa and triangle light off is there any relationship or any solution..

Thanks for the read guys your help would be appreciated?

What transmission did you replace with? A junkyard unit? A rebuild? A reman? And did you change the trans fluid?

It's bad. Replace it with one from an Accord V6 (06-07)

Your friend's transmission is BAD. The only thing you should ever do when swapping the trans for 3rd gen TL and 7th gen Accord, is to have it rebuilt first at a trans shop with the Translab shift kit put in which fixes the root of the problem, valve body issue that causes the torque converter to overheat. It's basically a waste of time and effort if you just swap one from somebody or picked from a junkyard, because the root problem is still there. And if you get a reman without the valve body fix, the problem will appear again when the trans gets more miles again.
