Need new breaks

My breaks are very low and when I stop and release the breaks just a little for the wheel to move they make a weird sound which started happening after couple of hard long breaks and right after a car wash. I'm considering buy better breaks but I don't want to spend a whole load of cash, is it better to just get pads and get the rotors fix if they need to be or just buy everything new?
I'm a car n00b so please advice.

Excelerate sales upgraded brakes*. You should upgrade both rotors and pads.

The website says that only rotora and powerslot fit tl 06 but isnt brembo a better brand? Do I need to buy all 4 rotors or just the front ones? For the rears brakes do i just buy better callipers and pads?

^^ your stock calipers are fine unless you really neeed more stopping power.

- replace the pads w/ ceramic (what i use)
- if your rotors are warped replace them, if they are still okay you might as well wait. instead of spending money on unecessary things, get new pads and flush the brake system.

i picked up some Racing Brake rotors and RB ET500 pads....and i LOVE them. oh, i bought from heeltoe too. i had stock rotors and with ASPEC pads which were a lot better than the stock pads, but i love the feel and look of the RB setup so much better!

good luck!

I'm taking the car again on monday for service at acura dealer, im going to ask them if the rotors need to be replaced and if they have to be I'll go with the rotora sloted ones for the front and leave the back ones stock since I've heard that putting powerful brakes in the back will make the car come around . For the pads I'm thinking about duralast from autozone because of their lifetime warranty.

Thank you very much everyone.

btw the dealer charges $99 + tax for oil flush and miva is i think $59. What would be the difference between doing it at miva or at the dealer other than the price?
