Need Help: Paint

Hi fellows, i need some urgent help with the paint job on my 05 NBP.

Someone scratches my car from the rear fender to the front passenger door couple months ago. Suck that i wasn't there when it happened. I used plasti dip to cover it up during the winter so it wouldn't look so bad and finally gotten a chance to work on it over weekend since the it's getting warmer.
I probably wasn't thinking but use the brake cleaner to spray on the plastidip trying to get it off before the buffing. The spots that i sprayed out dried out immediately and turned into some kind of white rash. I was panic and tried to remove the rash using the scratch remover, paint polisher and even toothpaste. but none of them works and right now it just looks very bad. i was suspecting the brake cleaner damaged the top layer to the clear coat, but while i ran my finger through it, it felt like the rash was sitting on top of the paint.

Does anyone have any experience how can i fix it or do i have to repaint the two doors? Thanks

I did not take any pictures but found a picture online that looks similar to it.

You're trolling.
There's no way someone would do that.

from the plastidip to cover the keying to the brake cleaner to take off the plastidip.

It does suck that you didn't wax your car though...and that the sun eventually ate through the clear coat.

If you rubbed it off, it wouldn't be shaped like that.

That'll buff right out dude. Just keep rubbing until you see metal.

It's the brake cleaner spraying that made it look like that. He just ate through it. This thread delivers.

I know what brake cleaner does to paint...
also, where is the keying he was claiming to be hiding with the plastidip that he was claiming to be removing with the brake cleaner?

Give me a brake and stop. There's just no way...

Plasti-dip

This thread ring a bell to you OP?

The clear coat is toast. Not sure if it was because that area was painted due to a previous accident, or lack of proper paint care. Consult a professional detailer or body shop for the next step.

Guize, reading comprehension please. That was just a picture he found that sorta looks like what he said happened.

Try not to get too hung up on the picture not looking exactly like the story (There are far too many other things to focus on instead).

You should try to get pictures. The internetizens can help more when they can see the real problem. Like how not every headache is Lupus according to WebMD.

Can you phone the panel pic? So that internet?

Did you guys see the secret message in his user name? "IRACE". The paint looks like that because he was driving so fast. Kind of like when a shuttle re-enters Earth's atmosphere. Extreme frictional forces caused by wind drag caused the paint to heat up and fry. Brotha's gotta slow down!
