Need help with Knock Retard at 3000rpm. Loosing Power

Something is wrong with this picture im loosing so much tq at 3000rpm. it drop so low and i can feel it when im driving. I ran a live datalogg and it shows 3 degree retard on the knock monitor. what do you think it is, i need this fix.

Damn dude, that sucks. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this? Can you take it back to your tuner?
