Need help identifying part on headlight

Looking for either a headlight diagram (Google'd but can't seem to find the magic words for the right results) or information leading to the part # for the little metal clip that holds in the HID bulb.

That would be a d2s bulb clip.

Not sure if they sell it separately though. Try just eBay, it shouldn't be Acura specific as d2s is a standard

Quick google search doesn't yield results.

If I were in your shoes, I would call/email TheRetrofitSource and aka if they have any extra parts for the 3G TL projector bulb clip, they'll know what you're talking about and might have some in their parts bin.

If you're going to ask for help with a certain Part/PN it would really help if you would provide a certain make, year, and model.

He's posting in 3G TL so it's obviously going to be a 3G TL projector...

Thanks guys. I'll hit up the junkyard and look for a broken lens. I'm sure they wont miss the clip.

As thoiboi suggest hit up TheRetrofitSource, they're very resourceful.

Thanks again but I am looking at getting this thing up and going as soon as possible. No local junk yards had any mangled headlights so I went to the nearest hardware store and made my own.

what started out as this:

is now this:

Just a bit of tweaking with some needle nose pliers and some vice grips. I can pick up the entire headlight by the bulb, pretty snug!
