Need help how to self install front rotors and pads

Does anyone know if there is a bulletin or "how to" on replacing the front rotors and pads? I have a 2005 TL (automatic) and am going to save money by having my husband install them. He said it is easy, but it would make me feel better if I can see a manual of some sort or some advice. Thanks!

We, husbands, are correct once in a great while, and as he stated, it is a fairly easy way to save big bucks. The only difficult part is removing the screws that hold the rotor in place, sometimes they are quite stubborn. They can be drilled out and no need for replacement as the wheel assembly will keep the rotor in place. FYI-They were used at the factory to contain the rotor during assembly.

If, after removing the screws, removing the rotor is a problem, place the lug nuts ont the studs to prtect the threads, then strike the rotor hat, around the studs, with a hammer to loosen the rust.

you could just get a hand impact tool instead of drilling them out too. just another option may actually be a little quicker than drilling, a few smacks and they're out. And of course, it is definatly worth it to DIY. Big $$ saver
