it'd be nice if we got a little more info from you other than the year of your car and a vague description of the problem.."feels like a misfire" is very vague. also shuts off? sounds like an idle issue.
Miles? what kind of work has been done recently? Tune up? Timing belt? Spark plugs last changed when?

Adding to this, maybe a coil pack went bad?

p.s. has the 2nd 105K service been done?

CA no longer allows parts stores to scan codes so OP may be SOL on that front, get a code reader from a friend/buy one and scan.
When you said you checked coil pack, how did you check exactly? By looking at it? Before going into things down stream like the cat, etc. I'd start from the top with coil packs and spark plugs. "Checking them" and "seem fine" aren't very helpful when we're trying to help you remotely. Something like "I got a new coil pack and put it into each cylinder one at a time to try to rule out a bad coil pack" is more helpful.
Waiting for your reply.

I think what he is saying is: With the car running he would unplug a coil pack and listen for the idle change / that cylinder didn't fire. So then the car would throw a misfire code on that cylinder. He would clear that code and move onto the next coil pack/cylinder. All six cylinders / coil packs produced the misfire code when he unplugged them verifying that all six coil packs are working.

So, OP: The only time you get a code is when you pull a coil pack?
So if you're not getting codes any other time, then it's not misfiring.
What were the 02 codes when they happened?
What brand of 02 sensors did you use and exactly which 02 sensors did you replace?
Did you use NGK 6994 spark plugs?
Have you checked the voltage on sensor 2 (bottom) of each cat with your obd scanner? It should be steady ~ 0.5v +/- 0.2V
How about cat temps? Have you monitored them with the tool?

Also check your fuel pressure and see if it is in spec
I've also heard that if your valves need to be adjusted, you can get a misfire. I don't know if it would cause your problem, but whens the last time you got the valves adjusted?

this is whats happening when i start the car it idles fine then like a minute or two idle stumbles like its misfiring and car shut off. sometimes happens also when i put in drive or reverse ill have to give it gas. but when i drive it runs fine

these two test will let you know if compression is being lost.
then, instead of throwing parts at it, you will know the problem and can address the problem.
stop throwing parts at it.
