I purchased my 05 TL in January. Since that time, I've had a problem
with the memory seat. It doesn't work. I brought it to the dealer last
month and they had it for 4 days. They said they couldn't find what's
wrong with it. They wanted to get a field engineer to look at it. So I
dropped it off again earlier in the week. I just got a call back saying they
still can't find the problem. So now I'm getting upset. What are my options
if they can't fix it? I feel ripped off after buying new and not getting all
the features! Anybody have any advise.

 

Tell them to replace it. There was a TSB on this problem for the 04 TLs. Looks like they never resolved the issue.

 

Good news. Acura seems to have found the problem with my seat memory.
As it turns out it was the passenger mirror control unit. Seems the seat memory
runs through that box. After they replaced it the seat memory works. Hope this
is the last problem I'll have.
