Guys,

Has anyone ever experienced a problem with the Navigation Screen-getting horizontal or diagonal lines on the screen when you turn up the brightness all the way?

Please let me know ASAP....thanks!

 

it hasnt happened to me, but has happened to my friend when it gets really cold outside ... if you have a huge woofer in the trunk, the magnets from it could play with the screen too, but most likely its the cold ... if it happens even after the cabin of the car has heated up, then take it to the dealer hopefully it will be covered under warranty

I have this problem too. It's a loose wire inside if you hit the screen it comes back. But I don't know which wire it is inside and body have an idea? I don't want to pen it up and Not be able to fix it
