Did you put your new bulbs in yet? Several days ago my blub changed back to its normal blue\white. Then last night it started to flicker, and then died. I'm thinking its the bulb, but am interested in what you found?

Just last weekend I changed the HID bulb to Phillips 4300k and they work just fine. So it was the bulb that failed and not the Ballist...

So most likely your problem would be the same. Otherwise changing the ballist would cost around $200-300.

no, they just don't light up the roads as good as 4300K.

Correct. If you look at the actual light output (lumens), the higher Kelvin bulbs you go with, the lower the lumens.

did anyone replace their bulbs with PIAA's? I know they cost more but are they worth it? I had PIAA halogens in my other cars and love them.
