Motor Mounts - 2006 TL
This past Friday, I took my car ('06 TL) into the dealership for a belt noise that was driving me nuts. This time around, the noise was prevalent, and they agreed to take a look at it. After they took a look at it, they determined that I needed a tensioner and belt replacement, but they also discovered that my front motor mount was "broken". As a result of the broken motor mount, they elected to repair all my problems that same day, plus the left motor mount for added assurance.
I post this thread to inform other fellow '06 TL or later to pay close attention to motor mounts before their warranty expires. I was lucky to still be covered under warranty.
On a side note, the car feels a lot smoother after the replacement. Feels like a new car somewhat, with out the new car smell.
