Misfiring please help!

I have a 2005 Acura TL standard with 140,000 miles. I have a misfire going on at idle. I change the spark plugs but it is still misfiring, so I brought it to AutoZone to get the computer checked and all cylinders are randomly misfiring. Any thoughts or what could be the culprit ?

It could be any of the following, if you replaced the plugs did you replace the plug wires? Could be a Fuel injector or Fuel pump issue, a vacuum leak or valve seals.

if standard, there could be a chance of possible "over-rev" condition where you or a previous owner Over-revved the engine by completing a mis-shift.
usually the money shift is from 5th down to 2nd gear.

if the car is audibly misfiring at idle and OBDII readers are showing MULTIPLE misfires, your next step would be to get a leak down test.
this leak down test will let you know if you fucked the heads....
but if you know you performed the money shift, skip the leak down test and remove the heads.
possible contact with the pistons

Valve adjustment! Had the same issue this summer, dropped money on the fuel injectors, coil packs, & spark plugs. Still didn't fix the issue till I did my valve adjustment. I suggest if you try the valve adjustment first before buying new coils.
