MID Flashing/Beeping Glitch

After getting my TL back from the body shop after being side swiped. The MID (multi-information display) is constantly flashing and there is an annoying constant beeping sound as if a door is open, all these problems only occur when all the doors are closed and the car is running. Could it be a bad fuse or a bad ground somewhere? I'm taking the car back to the shop ASAP, but in the meanwhile could anyone who experienced similar problems point me in the right direction or shed some light on the problems it is VERY annoying!

SOLVED: it was the trunk latch sensor that was the culprit, it was wasnt sensing it was closed and kept making my alarm go off randomly, got it replaced, problem solved.
