manifold gasket

A while ago I installed a P2R manifold gasket to help with heatsoak and for some time now i have noticed a rough idle when coming to a stop, switching from drive do reverse and such, the car sometimes and especially when hot feels like its gonna stall out. I am assuming that i could be that gasket causing a vacuum leak. My question is should i reuse the one i took off or buy i new one, i am wondering since they are out of metal it should be fine but i dont know. A new one is close to thirty dollars i believe. Seems like the more things i revert to stock the car runs better

By the way i have seen guys posting threads on the forum regarding the P2r gasket melting which has me worried and thinking that it might be the actual cause in my situation.
