Was the car like that when you took delivery? I would guess no because I think anyone would have noticed a dent/misalignment that huge right away. That being the case, the dealer could easily accuse you of abuse or damaging the sunroof and deny the warranty claim. But it's worth taking to the dealer and telling them to fix it under warranty, see what happens.

dealer is replacing the car completely.


$900 in damage - told them they would not be painting on a brand new car... no thanks... either get me a new car or give me my $11k down payment back....


silver 06 will arrive at the end of the month.... has been "allocated" from the factory....


ho hum... guess i wasn't meant to have a blue car... last one was a blue 2000 civic Si that someone liked more than i did.....

silover 06 TL??? its the middle of the year almost, how could they have an 06???? Probably it is a used 06 that was bought back by honda, repaired and is being resold by them. Check out the carfax on it just to be sure you aren't buying what was a lemon.

 

I saw a dent like that on a Ferrari roof once-
it seems like a good place to have your girl sit, (leaving to your imagination)
but not so...............
