Maintenance for 2005 Acura TL
I brought my 2005 Acura TL to GoodYear to check brakes and fluids. Since it has 125,000 miles on it, I thought it would be a good time to get the fluids checked, oil changed, brakes looked at.
The mechanic suggested the following:
1) front roters replaced, the brake pads were changed recently, so no need to change them. 2 front roters- 194.00 a piece.
2)back roters need to be resurfaced. 2 resurfaced roters- 99.00 a piece.
3) fuel injection flush.... im not sure what benefit this does but he recommended it. 1 fuel injection flush- 179.00.
4) oil change- synthetic blend- 29.99
Grand total: 794.99 (not including tax)
Does this sound right??

Unless your brakes are pulsing when applied or unless your rotors are below minimum thickness, there really isn't any reason to have them replaced or turned (resurfaced). Do you brakes work well? Do they make any noise? You mentioned the pads were replaced recently - did whomever did the work say anything about the rotors?
Fuel injection flush - not needed and theoretically never needed if you are using a good brand of fuel. Is your MPG where you would expect it to be?
Oil change - if you follow the normal maintenance schedule, the car will tell you when it needs to be changed.
You say you are at 125K, did you have the 105K maintenance done?
Guessing by your Username, you are a lady and I'm going to further guess they might be looking to take you for a ride and lighten your wallet for you. Kudos to you for checking in here on AZ -

No.
See post #2 above as to specifics.
FYI, there is no 105K service or other mileage-based service for the TL-- there is a service "4" which comes up in the MID when the timing belt [major] service needs to be performed.
Who did the brake pad replacement?
If it was a mechanic or dealer, they would have looked at the rotors and determined if you needed new ones or not.
Are you the original owner of the car?
If so, as a general rule, go by the Maintenance Minder codes in the MID window, except for brake fluid replacement-- change that every three years, regardless of mileage, as stated in the manual.
If not, maintenance/service schedules are determined by the Maintenance Minder, which is explained in the owner's manual (viewable on-line at Owner's Manual & Warranty | Acura | Acura Owners Site), along with the MID, etc.
Welcome to AZ.

NBP04TL4ME (and Will Y.) Are absolutely correct, if the rotors are not below minimum thickness, and are not pulsing when you stop, then there is no need to replace them.
A fuel injector flush…not needed. As mentioned, use a good quality premium fuel and you should be fine.
I suspect that your 105,000 mi maintenance has been done. If not, you would have a Maintenance Minder message on your dashboard, and your mechanic would have alerted you it. The 105,000 maintenance is a rather important (and expensive) one.
Good luck.
