I'm obviously brand new to the Forums as member but i have actually just been lurking in the shadows for quite a while. Most answers to questions i have found by searching which is why i have never felt the need to become a member. But I am currently having an issue i cannot find a clear answer for.

I have a 2006 Acura TL with a Manual Transmission and out of the blue the subframe and control arm broke. I was making a quick lane change on the street when it snapped. The car slid halfway down a block. I was only doing about 30 mph. Anyway I thought it was just the Passenger side control arm but a mechanic told me the subframe was cracked also.

My issue now is through my searches, I have found different information about which part will actually fit my car. I have seen a diagram on another thread here that shows all 04-06 Automatic and Manual Transmission TLs share the same part number. But I have also seen that the 06 has different part numbers

50200-SEP-A03 is the one i was looking for before i found out there was differences

50200-SEP-A11 is one that i later found out MAY actually be the one for my car...

If i go to dchautomotiveparts.com and put the A11 part number it shows up and is availiable for the 2006 only

But If I go to Acuraoemparts.com and put that part number it says discontinued..

And to top this all off I dont know if the 50200-SEP-A03 part will indeed fit which just a repositioning of the motor mounts or something else minor. I think ive read something to that effect in this forum as well.

If thats the case i would rather save a couple hundred in shipping and grab one from any 04-06 TL

If anyone has any knowledge, insight, previous experience, ideas, anything to point me in the right direction will you please help a brother out?

according to OEMACURAPARTS.com the A11 is meant for a 2006MT model only

acurapartswarehouse says the one you need is 50200-SEP-A02



in any case i think they will all fit, its just some might be discontinued.

As you have seen, the following part no. is for the '04-'06 M/T:
50200-SEP-A03 SUB-FRAME, FR. SUSPENSION 04 - 06 TL
As 50200-SEP-A11 is discontinued, as all the other parts are the same, go with the above A03.

Thank you all... I really appreciate as it had me stumped for a while and the Acura dealerships I called were giving me different answers
