Took my '05 6psd car in for trans lube update since my 3rd gear deal was being more and more annoying. At first, was significant improvement, but after probably 6-8 weeks, the deal was back.. So, I picked up some synchro-mesh from the chevy dealer and did the swap. I'm a couple weeks into it and it's a significant improvement, let's hope it last longer than the Honda fluid solution.

In closing, save your time on the Honda/Acura fluid update, go straight to the GM synchro-mesh. Not a difficult procedure.
