Question LuK or Exedy? the same? different? better? worse?

Getting my clutch replaced, mechanic won't need the new clutch kit for a couple days from now at least, which one do you think i should go with?

LuK

or

Exedy?

from what i've been reading (alot of), is that LuK is a pretty generic OEM replacement and very affordable kit. Exedy clutch kit is just slightly more $$ and is made for cars with light modification from the manufacturer's description. But a little confused as they both have different manufacturer's codes, but Exedy's descrip show's that it might use some LuK parts?? can anyone clarify this?

Just so you's get an idea of where i'm at with the car...
I'm not road roacing the car, but i do drive it with some spirit. I'm not gonna be dumping the clutch at some ridiculous RPM, or bringing the car to the track.
Anyone with experience from either brand please reply! thanks!

I can't help with the differences but when I worked at a trans shop for 3 years, we used LUK exclusively and offered a 30,000 mile warranty too. It's at least as good as OEM.

I have this choice in my hands also. Luk, Exedy or stock OEM. All around the same price. I'm leaning towards Exedy because i heard that it grips way better than stock.
