Low rumble in decel
Ok my 08 tl makes a sound like subwoofer. Playing a subwoofer test. I have narrowed it down to when my car dowshifts at 35 and then again at 25. These speeds are when my car downshifts when braking and when the noise starts. The sound only last about 3 seconds and gets lower on tone as the rpms go lower. Any ideas?

yes its the mid muffler....the reason I ask is:
exhaust travels in pulses....I think the sound dampening material in the mid muffler is almost messed up and hence its creating an echo in the mid muffler....
I would suggest replacing it with a straight pipe, in return you will get a little more power (1-2hp topsssss) and a nice aggressive tone....people do this mod for the tone and not the hp/tq....
if you want further aggressive tone, the replace your resonator with a straight pipe as well.....this will add some rasp....
