Low beam and fog won't come on passenger side.. bad ballast?
I just changed out my headlight bulbs a few weeks ago, and they were working great.. everything business as usual, until just the other day my headlight wouldn't come on passenger side. I flipped the light off and on several times and it finally came on. Drove it to work with it on the whole time, and when I got off, it wouldn't come on again. Drove it for 30 mins and it came on. Now, it won't come on ever, and same with the fog. The blinker and running light still work though. I switched the low bulb out with the old one, and nothing. Checked the fuse and nothing is blown.
Trying to decide if I should buy another OEM ballast for $150, or just buy complete aftermarket HID kits for the fogs and lows. My biggest fear is how hard it will be to hook up the new low beams and ballasts. I've heard I will need to drill holes and such

Burning Brakes
I had the same situation with another car. The tabs inside the bulb connector were loose. I'd pop out the bulbs, they'd work for a few trips, then it wouldn't fire up again. I bent both tabs ever so slightly (don't break them!), and it has worked ever since. I can't remember what the inside of the TL's connector looks like, but I'm sure it's similar. Also, I think it's hard to reach on the TL since the connector is so close to the bulb.
