My accelerator pedal is loose. If I put my foot on it lightly and tap it, it makes a metallic sound and moves around a bit. Acceleration is completely fine, I was just wondering how I can tighten the rectangular metallic cover (Type-S) over the accelerator?

 

Anyone?

 

i think mine is the same way (08 TL-S) if i tap the pedal there's a LITTLE bit of free play before actually giving it gas.. don't know if it's loose or thats just the way it is lol

 

Im having the same issue and only recently it started bothering me. When I have the time I'm going to contort my way down there and take a peek. Ill keep you guys posted if I find a solution.

 

I've got the same problem. It seems to slide left and right just a little bit and also like there's a gap from when I put my foot on the gas until the engine starts to rev. It sorta feels like it's loose or sloppy.
