Hey everyone! Looked around here and google and cannot find the trouble im having

Little info:
2007 Tl type S
Auto
139,000 miles
2nd owner

Today the car was making a whiny noise like a belt, pulley or alternator. Drove it for a few and the decided to park it.
When i went to start it would not start!! It cranked but wouldnt turn over!! The Nav was flickering and i fast clicking noise....i got Code p0562


Looked into the code and situation on here and read it could be a battery, terminals etc

Jumped the car and it started to get it home!!! The nav was still flickering and error message on screen. When i put it in Reverse it would not move!!!!!
I out it in Neutral and backed it out a bit and out it in D and the car slowly picks up but when it moves it moves fine!!

The D is NOT blicking

So now im worried about the Tranny
NEVER had any issues with it, no slipping etc...fluids changed 3 times a year and only Honda

Could it be possible the error im getting with the power/charging malfunction be affecting the Tranny???

Anyone hear or see something similiar? Any help and insight would be appreciated!!
