Looking for advice on replacing exterior trim pieces

So I purchased a TL last month and it looks like it took some very light hail damage sometime in its life. The only body panels that appear to have dents are the two pictured in the photograph below (damage is on the passenger side). I am assuming that these are made out of some pretty thin metal since the doors and roof are fine. It looks like these pieces are pretty cheap from the dealer so I was wondering if anyone had removed these and could give me a brief rundown on the steps involved in removal/replacement.

Does it involve removal of the weather stripping, interior door panel, etc.?

Thanks!

I replaced that one before. Not too hard but you will have to remove the door panel and the rubber strips around the window
