Lights out after lowering car?

I lowered my car today and when I was ready to start it after, my battery was dead. Got a jump and took a test run and everything seems fine. A little later I noticed by passenger headlight and rear side marker doesnt light up. I checked the fuses and they were fine. Any idea what could cause this?

I would recommend checking the wire harness around the the strut towers or anything that may be rubbing or have possibly been pinched during the installation. Not sure if this helps, but anything is possible...
