Left rear chirping noise

Ok this is driving me crazy. I have a chirping noise from left rear brake/wheel area. It only occurs at low speed <10 and usually after being driven for 20+ mins. It is rotational. I have pulled the rear brakes apart 2 times. First time I sanded/molykoted the pads in December. Last saturday I turned the rotors, grinded the rust off (and painted them), chamfered the edges on the pads, sanded and molykoted again, bent dust shield away from rotors, reinstalled. Drove chirp free for 3 days and its back this morning. Any thoughts? Have I missed something? The pads are OE w/ 5.1mm left.

If you drive with light pressure on the brake pedal does it stop, how about if the e brake is pulled on slightly when moving, does it stop?

If light brake application stops the noise, try coating anti-squeal lube on the back of the pads.

I have coated the shims in the anti-squeal lube both times. I think it may be a hub or parking brake issue at this point
