Key getting stuck when turning off car
Hello,
I've been dealing with my ignition key getting stuck when I want to turn off the car. It happens randomly. When it happens, I have to disconnect the negative from the battery and then I can turn it off (I can always turn off the car but it gets stuck on the auxiliaryposition when the radio remains on). Can it be a worn key? Or is it that my ignition is going bad?
2006 Acura TL
Please help....thanks!

I don't know any specifics about the TL ignition, but (assuming automatic transmission) maybe it's a problem with your park switch, or the lockout mechanism in the ignition that prevents you from pulling the key out when you're not in park? I'd try shifting it in and out of gear several times to see if that makes any difference. You could also try putting some graphite in the ignition, which generally works well to lubricate keyholes (like this stuff: The Hillman Group 3 g Powdered Graphite Lubricant-703185 - The Home Depot ).
