Just curious...
y do our tl's have the e-brake on the passenger side of the car and the cupholders on the drivers side...?! doesn't it seem more logical for the placement to be the exact opposite? i bring this up, because earlier today, i was in a little bit of an awkward situation when i went to engage my e-brake to park my car, and i accidently brushed the thigh of my passenger...wat do u all think?
I hope the passenger was HOT?..........................sorry....but if you ask that question then there's more like why didnt they put more HP in the stock TL or a turbo, it's one of those things we'll never stand.................
i think it may have been for comfort, if the handle was on the driver side, then if the driver wanted to put his/her hand down by the shifter (not on it) he/she would then have the e brake bothering him/her. Otherwise acura could have done the ebrake by the brake pedal like on the RL and MDX< but since the tl is offered in 6mt, you would think there might be not enough room or because people wanted to "drift their tl's", but thats highly unlikely.
