Interior Lights Problem!!!

Ok, well i'm having problems with my interior lights of my car.. the HFL and lights on the steering wheel won't come on.. the dash lights where the gauges lights won't come on.. my seat warmer's lights won't come on either.. any suggestions on what I should do to get them fixed? Would it be because of my cold air intake? I never had these problems till I installed my intake...

did you reverse the ternimals on the battery when you put it back? you might have blown a fuse, or might have knock one loose. In the engine compartment, next to the air box, there is a fuse box, make sure that the fuses are seated properly.

Sounds like a disloged or burnt fuse like csmeance said. Check out both fuse boxes while you're at it. It's odd that all those lights burnt out at once...so usually that's a fuse of some sort. report back to us so we know what you found out...

Well I had it checked out the other day and well the dealership told me that the lights blew out for some reason.. I have no idea how that happened but that's what they said so they ordered new parts so they could install it, later....

OK, here is my problem.

The light for the sunroof switch light up anymore, the Send/Talk buttons don't light up, and now the trunk open light doesn't light up.

If I had blown a fuse wouldn't surrounding lights be effected.

It is the oddest thing.

If anyone has ideas, thanks!

Do you know what caused your problem? Did you ever have to jump your battery? I ask because before buying a new battery I would have to have jumps because the Navi would drain too much power when I would go to the drive-in.

The total amount is 9 bucks then that isn't too bad. Also, are you doing the install yourself?

If I hear or read anything else on the matte I'll let you know. It kind'a burns me though that any interior light minus the "dome" light had burned out on a car that is not even 5 years old.

I have the same issue. The lights behind my volume and channel buttons on my steering wheel were out along with the light behind the driver's side seat heater. I went to the dealer and had them replaced today ($75 with labor.) On the way home I noticed the light behind the heater mirror button, the VSA button, and the "Enter/Reset" button near the HID are also not working. Any ideas from anyone what may be causing this?
