Interior door handle chrome peeling off

Anyone have this? It's my driver side interior door handle. I can feel it's "bubbling" on the inside (it's the inside of the door handle, no the the face) everytime I go to open the door.

I'm thinking maybe just a buy a new handle? or maybe all 4 while I'm at it.

Same thing for my Acura decal/logo on the streering wheel. That's all flaky and not looking too good

ive had this problem with all of my honda, my accord had it, my prelude had it but not my tl yet, knock on wood.

i think your only option is to replace it if it really bother you. but then it might happen again the future. i would just leave it alone if its just the back for now untill it goes to the front.

If it's on the inside, I wouldn't bother IMO.

I have the same exact problem on my 05 TL but it's only on the driver's side passenger door handle. It feels flaky but it hasn't started coming off yet. It feels bubbly ..kinda hard to explain.

I haven't had the chrome flaking issue, but I'm having a problem with my door lock unlocking after the passenger pulls the handle when its locked. The dealership claimed they replaced it but it still does it. The only way to get it to unlock after they pulled the handle too soon is pull the outside handle.... weird or what, anyone else have this problem??

I have had this happen on a '92 Accord, but none of the other Honda/Acura cars that my family drives has had the problem yet...knock on wood.

Call the dealer. I had the same issue with mine and they replaced it with no charge. Was told it was covered under a recall.

Ouch

I'd figure out a way to do it myself before paying that kind of money.

Can anyone confirm the part numbers for this? I assume that a lot of us are beginning to see these show up and I figure I will try and get a nice DIY together? Just trying to confirm this is the right piece. I assume that all TL's have the same brushed aluminum appearance and that wasn't a TL thing?
72120-SEP-A11ZA HANDLE ASSY., R. FR. INSIDE
72160-SEP-A11ZA HANDLE ASSY., L. FR. DOOR

I don't see any parts for the rear doors however? Anyone have any experience with those?
