Idle problem

Okay so I have had this problem for about a year and a half and probably no end in sight (ill explain later). So it started out that my car all of a sudden my VSA light came up as well as my check engine. So I thought at first it was the throttle body, I have tried junkyard and refurbished throttle bodies until now that i bought a brand new one so there is no excuse but before that i thought it could of been the APP so i replaced it twice with junkyard ones. Before the brand new one I took my car to the mechanic and had it reprogrammed. It work for months until last month then i bought the new one and had it reprogrammed. Today the engine is semi good, my issue is that my car is idling weird but never to the extent of the other one.As well as that i have replaced an oxygen sensor.my question is am overeacting or is there something else making the revs do that, i would appreciate a fast respond as this car has given me so much stress as well as alot of my money and i just want the problem to end the most efficient way possible to avoid buying unnecessary parts down the road

read the code from the check engine light as that will give you a good place to start.

At the moment it doesn't have that, but prior to that, I have done the check and it always comes up as throttle position sensor or acuator error codes
