cam someone please tell me what controls the power to the interior switch lights. dome lights work, glove box lights. parking lights, little glow lights for cup holders, and instrument cluster. the hvac, navigation buttons. steering wheel, vsa, trunk pop, door locks. dimmer, information select, passenger air bag and hazard lights do not light up. all fuses ok, in engine. is not the bulbs, I may have shorted something out. my issue is I have no idea what controls this. pcm fuse panel, something else. if I new what controls this I could fix it. please any help.

Please help yourself and disclosure your car's year and model.

Instrument cluster is defective... Replace with a used unit.

 

For the record I lost power to my entire trunk and the fuse looked "fine" but after trying all else, I decided it wouldn't hurt to try replacing it.

Lo and behold, the fuse was indeed blown - though it wasn't even visible. But with the variety of your components that are not receiving power, I would also guess it might actually be the cluster instead of multiple fuses....

 

did you check the fuse in the drivers kick panel?
