How to replace overhead blue led??

basically those two blue lights that illuminate at night, the left one is burnt out or something, how do i replace it?

i think i only have 1 blue one, and it isnt that bright.. the other must be burnt out. I would like to replace mine too. anyone know what kind of bulbs/where I can get them at? And is it an easy replacement?

They're LEDs and I'm guessing you have to pull that top console apart in order to get to it
