1)Where do i get a new bumper, how much does it cost
2)Is it possible to put the aspec/type s bumper on my 08 TL

I just priced rear bumpers for an 07 TL Type S. OEM was anywhere between $249 online to $299 dealer.

Yes, it is possible to put the Type-S A-Spec lip on the base bumper.
