Looked hard enough and could not find the location of the relay for the horn.

Horn does not work but cruise control yes=not the spiral switch
Fuse not blown because cruise works.
Horn was working not long ago very loudly as usual then just stopped a few days later when someone cut me off.
I have yet to check the connections+ground on the horn high/low but shouldn't i hear the relay click once i press the horn?
