High Short Term Trim Fuel

I have an '04 TL with CAI and 140k miles on it. I just bought a OBDII scanner to play with and noticed what appear to be VERY high stft readings, peaking at 100%.

The car seams to be running well, but everything I have read indicates that this is a problem.

1. Any thoughts on what I should look at? (O2 sensors?)
2. Why isn't this tripping the CEL?

Thanks in advance.

Don't bother with STFT. It's nothing to worry about.

Try LTFT and see what that's at.

Exactly. ST can max before LT changes. Cold weather, single cylinder air leak, some mods (not cai) can change the FT.
