ok im a newb to this site but i did some searching and couldnt find anyone with the same problem...my driver side looks nice (white/blueish) while my passenger side has no white coloring what so ever, its pure yellow, i bought the car like this and was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is? is it the bulbs, headlamp, ignitor? i dont want to buy a set of bulbs if its going to give me the same results....should i just buy a whole new hid kit? you probably cant really see in these pics but i will take some more pics as soon as the sun goes down...thanks in advance

 

From the bumper it seems like you have an 04-06 TL but the headlights are from an 07-08 TL. Who ever did the swap used one new bulb and one old one, the old one is more bluer/whiter where as the new one is yellower since its new and has not color shifted.

This could be due to many reason, from your other thread it seems like you recently bought the car, it could have been that it was in a prior accident and was fixed up.

Change both the bulbs to a fresh pair of new ones, such as Philips 85122+ (for maximum output) or the OEM osrams.

 

yeh the car was in an accident....so are 04-08 bulbs all the same? i just ordered a set of kaixen, i pulled the bulbs that are in the car now and they are 2 different color stick
