HIC Rear Window Visor adhesive is going bad

I bought this just a few months ago installed it and had no problems. Yesterday I noticed that on the edges and in the middle the plastic of the visor is no longer holding to the adhesive. I figured that it would have started at the glass but it didn't so my question is whats the best adhesive to use to fix this problem. I plan on using 3M double sided tape along with adhesive. Gorilla Adhesive looks promising but I figured I would ask to see if anyone else has run into this same problem recently

I just got mine but haven't noticed any issues and I've had it on for 3 weeks. Also heard someone here used some sort of "window cement".

The same thing happened to my HIC visor. I had originally installed in on a cooler day (mid 50's) and after a few months and car washes it started coming loose. I used adhesive and different types of glue but they didnt seem to work that great. I ended up taking the visor off and used goo gone to clean the residue from the adhesives off the window and the visor (also removed the orginal 3M tape). I used double sided gorilla tape and installed it in 80 degree weather and used a hair dryer and its been solid for the 6 months and many washes.

Did you use any adhesive enhancer when you installed it? I would replace the adhesive with 3M, that stuff is pretty strong!
