but would a clogged cat be intermittent and throw no code

I finally traded the beast in... My wife got a Honda CRV.... I did contact the engineering dept. they said the problem is my driving. Seems at times I brake with my left foot, it is just doing nothing but hanging there, and this action with brake slightly depressed and accelerator depression at the same time, confuses the software. Found this out after the trade. Oh well, the local Acura dealership's service dept was deteriorating badly. Glad to not patronize anymore... Thought you'd like to know.

Feels like acura likes to blame everyone but themselves lol. Thanks for the reply. I don't think I have that issue. I have a 6 speed so my foot is always near the clutch. Appreciate the input though
