I notice when I'm cruising at low RPMs let say 2-3000 and I decide to push it I notice the car will hesitate/stutter then pick up, but always around 2-3500 RPM. Is this something I should worry about? Can It be fixed? If so how?

BTW its a 08 TL-S 6spd with 75k
