Hesitation in 08 TL-S

Hey guys,

Recently I noticed that ever since I installed my throttle body spacer and thermal gaskets that I actually LOST power. I figured that maybe the gaskets had a slight leak which caused it so I replaced it back to the OEM setup to see what happened. As soon as I replaced it back I had the power back.

Whenever it is WARM outside whenever I accelerate I feel like a hesitation and like it kinda "sputters". Whenever it is cooler outside the car performs AMAZING. The only mod done to it is the ATLP Jpipe right now.

Any idea why it would be hesitating? I tried different brands of gas and always use premium.

Thanks,
Dinis

At first I did and thought that because I didn't use teflon tape that it would cause the symtoms I was experiencing so I basically took it off and redid it and it still happened. Now I am back to stock w/o the thermal gaskets or spacer but it still does it when its warm out. When its cool at night the car performs like an animal. I don't know why it would act like this only when its warm.

Thanks

All cars gain performance in cool weather and lose performance in warmer weather. Maybe, hopefully, you are just experiencing what is normal for everyone?
