Sorry for creating a new thread on this. I have a 2007 TL-S.

I just installed the harness today, and my DRL warning light comes on everytime. I followed the instructions for connecting resistor harness to the original factory connector, then connecting the resistor harness output to the relay harness, then the led bulbs go onto the relay harness. But I have a DRL warning... What am I doing wrong?

Also, do you guys know if I can put a regular bulb in for the LED, maybe that will make the light go away but still have the full power? I know someone mentioned full power halogens might burn the housing?

 

dumb question but did you connect the power and ground wires at the battery?

 

yes I did, I followed the instruction to the dot...maybe bad resistor? the LED powers up full, but I just have the warning..

 

Hi, try double checking the connection to the DRL power. Someone on this thread had the same issue, the connection was reversed which was causing the DRL warning light.

What is the chance that one of the resistor is bad?
