HELP! Shake

Hello my friend has a 2004 TL with 111000 miles. When you are driving the car and accelorating it begins to shake. It feels like a out of round tire but it is only between the speed of 58 to 70 mph. Also if you let off of the accelorator then it quits.

Someone Please help ASAP.

Thanks,
Will

I work at a tire shop and he just balanced them today cause he thought that might have been it but they all pulled good numbers and balanced out fine.
