Help! Rear interior dome LED not working...

So I just got my interior dome and door LEDs from superbrightleds.com and was changing them out. For some reason the rear passenger dome light does not come on though. I tried all four LEDs in there and none of them worked, but they work fine in other three dome lights. I also put back in the original factory lightbulb and that worked just fine, so I'm at a loss when it comes to troubleshooting this any further.

I thought I remembered hearing this problem in one of the other threads on changing out LEDs, but there are so many freakin posts I could've remember where I found it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I know this may sound silly but I had the same problem until I turned the bulbs around. I think the bulbs only go one way so if it doesn't light up insert them the other way. Good luck.

^ That's precisely what his problem is. Just spin the bulb 180 degrees and put it back in.

LED = Diode so current flows one way due to reverse voltage blocking so the convention of the applied voltage polarity matters. Whereas a regular bulb is typically just a filament = Resistor and its polarity convention doesn't matter because current can flow either direction.. (just a little more info..)
