Help with P301 and P303 codes

Help with P301 and P303 codes
CIL keeps turning on, replaced coil packs and CIL still comes on after about 5 miles. have also replaced plugs and checked plug gaps. Help!! this is a real pain. Where should I go next. Thanks!!

A code P0301/P0303 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer
I would start with spark plugs/gaps (which you already did)....what plugs are you using....our plugs are gaped to 0.044 (i know for most plugs you dont have to gap them)....
are you monitoring your engine timing? was the timing belt job done recently?
have you gotten a compression test done on all the cylinders?
