he he he... seriously i've looked in other forums and i can't seem to get any help so if anyone can help me here... the wife and i have a beater car that she still loves to drive (despite the fact that she got a new one) well... the driver side seats wont go forward, it will go back and up and down with no problems but it not forward, i know i probably need a new motor for it but how can i adjust it manually for now? its a 04 toyota camry and i looked everywhere with no luck i know they all share the same motor (front, back , up, down, recline) so i was thinking of switching motors around but i just need to do it manually please help!!!

 

I would suspect the switch if it still works in all other directions

 

switch or there may be something in the track preventing it from going forward. Does the motor make any noise when you go forward?
