HELP" Install CAI and now Malfunction Lamp?!!
Today I attempted my first offical "mod" of my TL. I had found some good DIY threads in the 3g garage so I decided to do it myself. Although I expected it take about 2 hours...it took 6. The screws in my engine wouldnt come out.....then it started raining....and overall I am just not to handy in tiny places. Regardless, I finally put everything back together and I decided to take it for a test. Sounds great, noticable difference in who gain....BUT my malfuncation lamp is on! I do not know if I installed something wrong? (although I followed all instructions) Will this maybe go away on its own? I had turned on the engine once to unlock my wheels to turn when there was no intake in (most likley a bad idea) and the engine kinda stalled for a second then turned off. Also, I forgot to put that little clip in the first time I started the car once the intake was on. Anyone know why this light is on or if it should go away?
Also, I decided not to drain my coolant (mistakes) since most people say its not necessary. Well....most of my coolant leaked out so I went to refill it. Now I am reading not to mix the OEM with the green shit? My tank was empty and so was my radiator. Will this be ok until I can go to the dealer and pick up some oem? Will I have to drain all my fluid now? and is this easy to do?

wtf.. you install a CAI in the rain! No Coolant! oh boy.. fill it with 50/50 Prestone or something that's approved for Acura. Don't drive that puppy dry.. that's asinine.
This whole situation sounds completely fubar'd.. Get the CEL codes and go from there.
